We have a 45-day return policy, which means you have 45 days after purchasing a product from our official website to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it—undamaged and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

If we approve your return, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. We do not accept returns that are sent back to us without prior approval.

Damages and Issues
Our products undergo rigorous inspection before shipment to ensure the highest quality. However, damage may occur during shipping or under other unforeseen circumstances.
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, discontinue use immediately and take photos of the product in its original delivered condition as evidence. Within 7 days of receiving the damaged product, send the photos directly to our customer service team at senneybeauty@gmail.com so we can promptly arrange a replacement or refund based on your preference, ensuring your request is handled as efficiently as possible. Please note that while we strive to resolve all issues promptly, delayed reporting of damaged products may affect the speed and efficiency of the resolution process.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
For bundled or grouped items, we require the return of all components. If you return only part of the set, you will not be eligible for a refund.
Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns of opened free gifts. Instead, we will deduct the current market value of the gift from your total refund.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the original item and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
Notwithstanding the above, if the item is shipped to the UK/EU, you have the right to return it and request a refund within 14 days of receiving it. As mentioned, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it—undamaged and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we receive and inspect your return, informing you whether your refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may also require additional time to process and post the refund.

Order Cancellation
You may freely cancel your order before the product is shipped to you.
Cancellation requests submitted after the product has been shipped will be treated as return requests and handled under this policy.
Price Matching
If you place an order on our website and find the same product (same model and color) at a lower price within 14 days of placing your order, you may be eligible for a price adjustment.
Products marked as clearance, final sale, or part of promotional bundles are not eligible for price matching adjustments.
To request a price match adjustment, contact our customer service team at senneybeauty@gmail.com. If your request is approved, the price difference will be refunded to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Fair Use
We closely monitor return activity to ensure compliance with our policy. Multiple return attempts in a short period from the same household, address, or account may be flagged as suspicious and could indicate fraudulent behavior.
In such cases, we reserve the right to:
(A) Deny additional return requests;
(B) Disable associated accounts;
(C) Take legal action if necessary, including fraud claims, which may result in legal consequences.
If you believe this was done in error, please contact our customer service team. We will review your case and provide a clear resolution.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability arising from or related to this Return and Refund Policy—including but not limited to refunds, exchanges, or any claims for loss or damage related to the return process—shall be strictly limited to the original purchase price you paid for the returned product.
In no event shall SENNEY, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, suppliers, or licensors be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages (including but not limited to lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, loss of use, loss of goodwill, or other intangible losses) arising from or related to this Return and Refund Policy or product returns, regardless of legal theory, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
This limitation of liability applies to all claims related to the Return and Refund Policy, whether based on contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability, or any other legal theory.
